In conditions that were quite simply appalling, the senior hurlers of Castlepollard Community College saw off a brave effort from St Peter’s Dunboyne to capture the North Leinster Senior Hurling ‘C1’ title, at St Loman’s GAA 3G pitch last Thursday.
