A Labour councillor has called for a Mullingar town bus service and more bypasses to be included in any further Mullingar local area plan.
Cllr Denis Leonard spoke at the Planning and Transportation Strategy Planning Committee on Thursday. 21 March, in response to a Mullingar local area plan presented by Orlagh McCann.
