What better way to keep that Chistmas feeling intact than a performace by one of Ireland’s most iconic family bands. The Fureys who are playing at the Greville in the main function room on Monday, 28 December as part of their impressive Christmas line-up.
General manager of the hotel, John Cochrane told Topic that it was the band’s first visit to the hotel for a number of years. “We haven’t had them for a while but we have them as part of our Christmas programme this year. The Fureys always guarantee a full house and a really entertaining show where they always play all their hits such as ‘When You Were Sweet Sixteen’, ‘The Green Fields of France’ and of course,‘The Reason I Left Mullingar’.”
