DUBAI IS KNOWN AS the exotic capital of the Middle East, and has, over the last number of years, become home to thousands of Irish people, including one local woman, 25-year-old Susan Kelly.
Susan, who moved to the wealthy UAE city in August 2013, is now working as a teacher and is loving every moment of her new life in the desert. With countless opportunities to travel on her doorstep, the word ‘recession’ non-existent, and living in an exciting new culture, Susan has found a new home from home, at least for the foreseeable future.
