No home help provided for seriously sick Alex (3)

Adele Hunter from Ballinalack, Mullingar, has vowed to “fight the HSE until the day I die” because of the “unfair” way they have dealt with her, and says she will embark on a hunger strike if threats that her two year old son will be taken from her on 1 March next, become a reality.

Adele Hunter’s son Alex who is not yet three years old, was born with Pierre Robin Syndrome, a serious malformation of the jaw, palate and tongue that leads to serious breathing difficulties and occurs in an estimated one in 14,500 babies.
