Final preparations are being made for the annual Specialist Plant fair which takes palce in the Courtyard of Tullynally Castle this Saturday, 20 May from 11am to 5pm.
Stall holders come from all over Ireland and grow the plants themselves and you’ll find all kinds of flowers and trees, which are not available in garden centers.
They’ll also be able to give you advice on how to look after them with specialist information on how to keep the slugs away! Entry and carparking are free.
This year there will also be some food stalls and the castle tearoom, run by Catoca Fine Foods who will be there to provide refreshments throughout the day.
Take the time to visit Tullynally’s 12-acres of beautifully kept gardens with lakes, waterfalls and magnificent old and new trees.
Entry is €6 with family and season tickets available.
