Shining a light on mental health

The final days of preparation are now under way for this year’s Darkness Into Light Mullingar event, which takes place at Columb Barracks on Satuday, 7 May at 4.15am.

With over 1,800 people taking part in the kilometre run/walk last year, the organising committee are hoping to increase the numbers of those taking part this year.
