The guttural German tongue can be heard around Mullingar this week, with the arrival of a group of German students to the town.
The visit is part of an exchange programme which is being undertaken by Coláiste Mhuire, Mullingar and Gesam-tschule Talsand – a school based in the town of Scwedt in north East-Germany close to Berlin.
