A man who was convicted of stealing a cash-box containing almost €50,000 from a Mullingar bank two years ago has been sentenced to two and a half years in prison.
Scott Capper, from Finglas in Dublin, pleaded guilty to a charge of the theft from a GSLS security guard outside the Bank of Ireland on Blackhall Street, Mullingar, on 3 May, 2019.
