A Monilea woman based in Australia, said winning the World Championship of a kettlebell focused sport has “fired a need” in her to continue her success.
Valerie Abbott won an astonishing seven golds and a bronze at the 2024 Girevoy World Championships, which were held in Corfu, Greece, on 11-13 October, competing with 400 other athletes from 31 countries.
