The father of a three-year-old girl who died in a tragic accident said the granted planning permission for ‘Annabel’s Adventure Land’ “nearly brought a tear” to his eye.
Annabel Loughlin lost her life at her home near Delvin in November 2018. Her father, and former Westmeath hurler, Enda, and her mother, Eileen, hope that Annabel’s legacy could be secured permanently if they’re successful in the building of ‘Annabel’s Adventure Land.’
