Castletown-Geoghegan native, Archbishop of Dublin, Dermot Farrell, praised the “freshness” and “humility” of Pope Francis, following his death last Monday, 21 April.
Pope Francis died at the age of 88, following a period of ill health, just one day after appearing in public yesterday to give an Easter Sunday blessing in St Peter’s Square in the Vatican City.
