Killucan man Matthew Whelehan will be travelling to London later this year after the ‘virtual’ final of the inaugural ‘Fiddler of London’ on Saturday, 13 March.
Hopefully when most of the current pandemic restrictions are consigned to history, a gala concert can be arranged, possibly in September and attended by Matthew representing the family of the late Justin Whelehan after whom the award is being dedicated.
