Finding a solution to dumping continues to be a priority for councillors in the Mullingar–Kinnegad Municipal District (MKMD).
Councillors have made numerous representations over the years and the November meeting of the District on Monday, 11 November was no different. Cllr Ken Glynn got the ball rolling on the long-held discussion in the Chamber when he asked for an update on the recently-installed dog litter bins.
