Cllr Andrew Duncan took aim at Uisce Éireann and fired plenty of shots during the November meeting of the Mullingar–Kinnegad Municipal District on Monday, 11 November.
The Mullingar councillor submitted a motion in which he outlined that raw sewage is being discharged into nine locations in Westmeath. He asked Uisce Éireann how many were in Mullingar but instead of an answer, he received only “a pile of drivel”.
