An Coimisiún Pleanála has approved the development of a single story drive-thru McDonald’s at Lakepoint Retail and Business Park, Mullingar. Subject to 18 planning conditions, the development will span 0.355 hectares and is to be built in the parks northeastern corner.
The project was assessed under the Westmeath County Development plan 2021-2027. It aligns with the national planning framework, which encourages developments that support job creation.
