Westmeath footballer Ray Connellan thinks that Dublin’s dominance of the Leinster football championship has rendered the competition a ‘write off’ for the next five or ten years.
Speaking on ‘The Sideline View’ podcast, Connellan, a former player with St Kilda in the AFL (Australian Football League) said, “If you get Dublin in the first round of the Leinster Championship, you can pretty much write off your inter-county season”.
