Cllr Bill Collentine has expressed disappointment in Mullingar’s cleanliness ranking, despite the town being rated as ‘Clean to European Norms.’
In the Irish Business Against Litter’s (IBAL) Anti-Litter League for 2024, published on Monday, 6 January, Mullingar was ranked tied-14th across the 40 towns or cities marked in the report, and found itself in the second best group of towns and cities.
