Mullingar Handball Club’s 70th Anniversary celebrations a wonderful success

Mullingar Handball Club held their first ever awards and dinner dance on Friday last in Bloomfield House Hotel to celebrate not only the club’s 70th anniversary but also the centenary of GAA Handball.

Amongst the attendance of over 120 people included invited guests – Minister Peter Burke, Deputy Robert Troy, Cllr Tom Farrell, GAA Handball President, Conor McDonnell, Westmeath GAA Chairperson, Frank Mescall and Westmeath GAA Operations Manager, Patrick Doherty.
