A Mullingar civil servant has become the latest division director with Toastmasters International.
Derek Walsh emerged victorious from the recent contest for the leadership role in Solihull, Birmingham and now represents 13 counties in the public speaking club: Galway, Mayo, Roscommon, Sligo, Leitrim, Longford, Offaly, Westmeath, Donegal, Derry, Fermanagh, Antrim and Tyrone.
