In January 1965, Houdini starring Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh, The Thrill of it All with James Garner and Doris Day and Elvis Presley’s Kissin’ Cousins were among the many movies playing in Mullingar cinemas.
One local man remembers this time well, not just because he has an original Hibernian program from that very week, but because that year he married the love of his life, Aggie Houlihan.
