A young Mullingar pianist, Noah Govender, has been awarded a highly prestigious Spotlight Award from the Royal Irish Academy of Music (RIAM).
Noah (10) was one of almost 30,000 students who took the RIAM exams, meaning that competition was extremely tough to gain a highly sought after Spotlight Award. What makes Noah’s achievement even better, was that this was the Holy Family Primary School pupil’s first ever attempt at the RIAM exams.
