After ten weeks of pool training, six of their nine lectures and three snorkel dives on Lough Owel, the new recruits of Mullingar Sub Aqua Club had their first dive earlier this month.
Training Officer Leo Daly was very proud of the new divers, two women and one man, who took it all in their stride and were delighted to get out on the boat.
