There was an enthusiastic welcome for the confirmation that TEG have renewed their sponsorship of Cusack Park for the next five years. The news comes as Westmeath GAA prepare to redevelop the county headquarters.
Speaking at the County Board meeting, held online via Microsoft Teams last Monday, County Board Chairman, Frank Mescall thanked Tommy Kelly and John Hunt for their support in these challenging times.
“We are delighted to have them on board, firstly for their sponsorship and because Tommy and John are great GAA men. I what to thank them for the confidence they have placed in our park; hopefully we will be able to meet that confidence,” he said.
