Screeney’s late  goal breaks Castletown’s hearts as they exit Leinster

Adam Screeney’s injury time goal broke the hearts of the Castletown-Geoghegan players and sent the Offaly senior hurling champions Kilcormac-Killoughey into this year’s Leinster Club final.

There were only ninety seconds left in this Leinster Senior Club Hurling Championship semi-final in TEG Cusack Park last Sunday evening and the sides were level, when the talented Adam Screeney broke through and fired the sliotar into the Castletown net to put his side three points up.
