Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar was judged to have a “void of leadership” due to staffing concerns ruled to be “non-compliant” with standards expected.
A report, released by the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) on Wednesday, 23 April, detailed worrying staffing concerns at Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar.
