St Vincent de Paul (SVP) is urging people struggling with back-to-school costs to avail of their services and get the help they need.
“Poverty isn’t always obvious and can be temporary, but it is very common especially when an economy is stressed and can become particularly acute at back-to-school’ time,” Ken MacPherson, President for SVP in the Mullingar area, told Topic.
