Cllr Mick Dollard said two lights in Dalton Park that are part of the ESB network have been out of operation for years during the February meeting of the Municipal District of Mullingar and Kinnegad on Monday, 10 February.
“I have reported them on numerous occasions. The problem is: there is underground wiring in both instances,” he said. “They’re gone six or seven years. Not six or seven weeks or months — years.”
