Statistics released by the Central Statistics Office (CSO) reveal that the number of Ukrainian refugees in Westmeath have risen by 9.3% in 12 months.
There were a total of 2,870 Ukrainian refugees registered as being in Westmeath on 4 February, 2025 compared to 2,626 Ukrainian refugees on 6 February 2024. However, there is a drop in numbers from 30 September, 2024, when there was a total of 2,903 Ukrainian refugees registered as being in Westmeath.
