Nearly 6 in every 10 employees in Westmeath did not make full use of their annual leave in 2023, and were second only across the country to employees in Offaly, who take even less annual leave time.
A report by FRS Recruitment found that 4 in every 10 people in employment across the country failed to take full advantage of their annual leave, much lower than the 57% of employees in Westmeath who did not use full annual leave.
