There was great joy mixed with relief for the Westmeath minor camogie team last Saturday afternoon. The joy was expressed at the final whistle of this Minor Camogie All-Ireland ‘C’ Championship semi-final played in Clane, Co. Kildare last Saturday afternoon, when the Westmeath girls had defeated Carlow by two points to reach the All-Ireland final.
