There was great anticipation and excitement last Wednesday evening as the draws for the ladies’ football club championships took place in TEG Cusack Park. The evening was attended by players along with Westmeath LGFA members, Geraldine Giles (Chairperson), Declan Carr (Vice Chairperson), Paula Finan (Secretary), Tina Ruane (PRO), and Ted Cronin (Fixtures Committee). MC for the proceedings was Jason Keelan while Ger Gavin streamed the launch as all teams discovered their groups and opening opponents of the championships.
