Three students from Mercy Secondary School Kilbeggan and Our Lady’s Bower, Athlone took part in the National Final of the 18th All Ireland Linguistics Olympiad (AILO) on 12 March.
Schoolmates Nina Stehelova and Mai (Kathy) Tran, from Our Lady’s Bower, joined Martha O’Grady from Mercy Secondary School in Kilbeggan to take part in the national final of the competition at the ADAPT Centre in Dublin.
