Gardaí in Mullingar are investigating the report of an assault on a young woman at a shop in Rochfortbridge.
It is alleged the woman was assaulted on Wednesday, 10 July at approximately 11.50pm.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone that may have witnessed any activity in the area at these specific times to come forward and help them with their enquiries.
