The mother of a three-year-old girl who died in a tragic accident, has said that a proposed development will keep her daughter’s “memory alive” and create a legacy for her. Annabel Loughlin lost her life in a tragic accident at her home near Delvin in November 2018. Her mother Eileen and father Enda, a former Westmeath hurler, hope that Annabel’s legacy can be secured permanently if they are successful in the building of “Annabel’s Adventure Land”.
Westmeath County Council recently received a planning application for the proposed play centre.
