Cllr Andrew Duncan has said that Westmeath County Council must stop treating additional wastewater at Mullingar Municipal Plant.
Duncan requested a motion to be passed where Westmeath County Council would “not draw any additional waste to be treated into Mullingar Municipal plant until we get an adequate response from Irish Water”.
