Plans have been lodged by Andrews Construction Ltd. with Westmeath County Council for the construction of 245 residential units and supporting infrastructure at Dublin Road, Petitswood, Mullngar on a site of circa 9.76 hectares.
Should the project come to fruition, the housing estate will be one of the largest ever constructed in Mullingar, if all goes to plan, and will be the largest housing project undertaken in the town in 20 years.
