A much-improved second-half performance from Garrycastle saw them reclaim a spot in the senior championship for 2025 after a six-point win over Milltown last bank holiday Monday afternoon.
Michael Monaghan was the key difference in the end as the wing-forward kicked four points in succession with the game in the melting pot as the Athlone based side saw off a slightly one-dimensional Milltown following the replayed game.
