Last Sunday, 6th of December, was a historic day for Milltown ladies football and indeed Westmeath ladies football as Milltown ladies won the All-Ireland Ladies Club Intermediate Football Championship by two points, defeating Tipperary side, Cahir, in an epic and thrilling final at Parnell Park, Dublin.
