Mullingar triathlete, Elizabeth Carr said she had to put her herself up against the best in the world to get better after she completed her first World Triathlon Championships.
After qualifying for the World Triathlon Championships, held in Torremolinos, Spain on Saturday, 19 October, Carr crossed the finishing line in 44th place with a time of 2 hours, 11 minutes and 3 seconds.
