Mullingar managed to buck the trend of increasing rates of commercially vacant properties in 2024 according to a new report.
The GeoDirectory Commercial Buildings Report for Q4 of 2024 was published on Thursday, 20 March, and revealed that the national commercial vacancy rate in Ireland increased by 0.2% from Q4 2023 to Q4 2024, now reaching 14.5%.
