Wilson’s Hospital School plays host to Play On Words Theatre and Tom Crean, the intrepid Antarctic explorer and one of Ireland’s unsung heroes, in this dramatic and humorous solo performance by Aidan Dooley. The multi award-winning show will be performed on Saturday, 5 March at 8pm in Weafer Hall at Wilson’s Hospital School in Multyfarnham.
This show has now played critically acclaimed sell-out performances throughout Ireland the USA, Australia, Europe and the UK and is one not to be missed when it arrives at Multyfarnham. Among the production’s accolades are Fringe First Award Winner at the 2006 Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Best Solo Performance Award Winner at the 2003 New York International Fringe Festival.
Tom Crean (1877 – 1938), an intrepid Antarctic explorer, is brought to life in this multi award-winning solo performance by Aidan Dooley on Saturday, 5 March in Wilson’s Hospital School.
