A Kinnegad based councillor said he was “delighted” that Kinnegad secured €1 million funding for a business hub in the town for the EU Just Transition Fund programme. The project in Kinnegad was one of 15 programmes funded in the Midlands, with funding totalling €18 million.
A Co-working Hub and Enterprise Centre is planned to be in a restored Old School Master’s House which is located close to the new library currently being built in Kinnegad.
