The commercial vacancy rate in Westmeath rose to 12.4% in the last quarter of 2022, an increase of 0.3%, according to a new report from GeoDirectory.
Despite this slight increase, the commercial vacancy rate in Westmeath is comfortably lower than the national average of 14.0% – now at a 10-year high since reports began in 2013.
