Four first-half goals from the excellent Dáire Jackson laid the platform for St Patrick’s NS Ballinagore to defeat St Joseph’s NS Milltownpass in the Boys Football Division 6 final played at TEG Cusack Park, Mullingar on Tuesday of last week, 21 May.
Thankfully the showers of rain cleared before this game began and it was St Joseph’s Milltownpass who took the early lead with two quick goals from Daniel and Simon Healy.
However, Dáire Jackson replied quickly for St Patrick’s Ballinagore with a neat finish into the net.
