BASED IN SOUTH KOREA for the last four years, Ciarán Lynch, from Rathconnell, Mullingar, has no plans to return home any time soon, as he relishes a life which sees him travelling around Asia and sampling the best of local cuisine.
The 29-year-old set off for South Korea as an English Language (ESL) teacher almost four years ago, and began work as a teacher in an Elementary and Middle School there. Now, he is living in Seoul, and is coaching adults for the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exam.
