A song by Mullingar musician and broadcaster, Noel O’Farrell, was unveiled as the official anthem of the upcoming Heart of Ireland Festival at the international launch of the festival in the Atrium at County Buildings on Tuesday evening.
Speaking to Topic on Tuesday, Noel explained the background to the song, which will be central to the festival which takes place over the weekend of 11/12 July.
