Mullingar triathlete, Elizabeth Carr, appeared on Virgin Media’s Ireland AM with Tommy Bowe and Karen Koster to speak about her Olympic aims and army career.
Elizabeth, the older sister of recently retired tennis player Simon, spoke of her attempts to qualify for the Paris Olympics, which included races in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan on the show on Monday, 13 May.
