The Downs NS proved far superior to a battling St Cremin’s Multyfarnham side as The Downs ran out comfortable winners of this Boys Football Division 3 Final played in TEG Cusack Park, Mullingar, on Thursday afternoon last, 23 May.
The Downs led from start to finish and they opened up a strong half time lead of ten-points, 3-6 to 1-2. St Cremin’s Multyfarnham fought all the way to the finish but in the end, The Downs had too much firepower and ran out 13-point winners.
