It is with regret that we record the death in Liverpool of Fr David Melly (76), a native of Mullingar, who was a parish priest of Our Lady, Help of Christians, Portico, in the Archdiocese of Liverpool.
Fr Melly was born and baptised in Mullingar, and has numerous cousins and other relatives among the O’Callaghan, Tynan and Feely families.
